Lesson Plans and Teacher Resources

No need to wander – Exploring lesson plans and teacher resources:                 nav2 copy

There are a number of my former students’ lesson plans cached within this site to use as models. These plans demonstrate lessons constructed using a variety of models of teachingholistic (cognitive, affective, psychomotor); multiple intelligences; problem solving; learning styles; jigsaw; graffiti; the Hunter Model; and combination hybrids using some of these concepts. They also illustrate the instructional design principles of descending curriculum components – aims, goals and objectives and what that process looks like in planning.

Also listed here are a number of really nice sites that offer teachers support for creating exceptional lessons. With the vast array of online resources, there is no excuse not to be an inventive, creative, dynamic, well-informed teacher.  Here is a list of some of the more popular lesson plan sites.

**If you use another’s work as a source for inspiration or use, please have the good grace and professionalism to cite that source and author.

If you have suggestions for other free, non-political, non-commercial sites and teacher’s resources, please write with those suggestions letting me know why you think they are worth investigating.  Thanks in advance. Contact Leslie
